History
In the 1980s, Professor Åke Dahlgren, a renowned biochemist, invented the world’s first oral skin care product IMEDEEN®, which is still appreciated by millions of users worldwide.
Professor Åke Dahlgren’s sons, Dr. Atti-La Dahlgren, Harvard-trained medical doctor and renowned expert in the anti-aging field, and Mr. John Dahlgren, psychologist by training and passionate specialist and dedicated writer to the topics of health and senescence, have successfully pursued their family scientific quest.
In the early 2000s, they notably developed ESTIME® which also made history in the skin health science as the world’s first internal sunscreen. Professor Åke Dahlgren’s research on plants living in extreme conditions and at high altitudes was an inspiration for the development of their following breakthrough discovery, the first PLASMACEUTICALS®. Invented by Dr. Atti-La Dahlgren and Mr. John Dahlgren, PLASMACEUTICALS® are considered as a revolutionary innovation based on natural extracts of the cellular plasma.
